Description: Early morning departure to Volcanoes National Park headquarters, where you'll receive a briefing and meet your local park ranger. Hike Mount Bisoke and witness the stunning crater lake at the summit—a truly unforgettable adventure in the Rwandan wilderness.

Activity: Boat Ride & Monkey Island
Description: Journey to Kibuye, a beautiful lakeside resort town. Spend a leisurely day on the beach, take a boat ride across the lake, and visit the charming Monkey Island for a chance to see local wildlife.

Activity: Chimpanzee Trekking
Description: An early breakfast will fuel you for an unforgettable trek in search of Nyungwe’s famous chimpanzees. Trek through the forest, encountering various species, including Angola colobus monkeys, Mona monkeys, and owl-faced monkeys. Afterward, drive back to Kigali.

Activity: Kigali Genocide Memorial & Banana Beer-Making Experience
Description: After breakfast, begin with a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial for a powerful insight into Rwanda’s history. Following this, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Musanze, home to the renowned Mountain Gorillas. After checking into your hotel and having lunch, join a local women’s group to learn the traditional art of banana beer-making, including hands-on brewing and tasting.

Activity: Lake Kivu Kayaking
Description: After breakfast, drive to Rubavu (Gisenyi), a tranquil waterfront town on the shores of Lake Kivu. Relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery, then kayak on the lake to explore its scenic coastline with a backdrop of verdant hills. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the Rwanda-Congo border.
