Trekking gorillas in Rwanda is one of the most memorable and rewarding experience  . To do this activity you will need Covid-19 PCR test and well as comfortable hiking shoes which as well can support the mud . on the day of trekking Gorillas, you will need to arrive at Volcanoes headquarter as early as 7 am in order get all paperwork’s done  and get briefing from the park guide after all is done, the guide/Rangers will go with you in the volcanic forest and start trekking the mountain gorillas.

You will be amazed by the behaviours, size of the mountain gorillas and how they communicate. This experience takes normally 3 hours depending on which family you’ve been given to visit . You will leave Kigali around 4:30 – 4:45 am , as it’s a must to be at the national park headquarter as early as possible to for to meet the park guides/rangers for briefing about the experience . it is a 2:30 hours drive from Kigali .
