Service Description

Your experience will start with arrival to take off area which is located at Kayitaba after 5 minutes drive from South Entrance gate of Akagera National Park. It's necessary to be present at take off area at 5:15 am (this time will be adjusted depending on sunrise time) the team greets you at the take off area and gives you information while you watch preparation of hot air balloon. During the flight guests experience the serenity of flight together with amazing view of Akagera National Park, while watching sunrise over Lake Ihema guests enjoy spotting different animals from sky. Experience finishes with champagne ceremony after landing as hot air balloon tradition and receiving flight certificate signed by our pilots as a memory of this unforgettable day. Guests are advised to come with covered shoes and due to chill weather with coat.
